I'm Leo Pabon — computer engineer turned product manager, turned Head of Product, turned CPTO.

I started writing code, grew into leading product teams at companies like Accenture, Quero Educação, and QuintoAndar, and never stopped shipping. That combination — engineering depth plus product leadership — is what I bring to every engagement.
